Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request to cancel their order before it has been packed or dispatched.

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy, if applicable.

Order Cancellation by AK Mart

AK Mart reserves the right to cancel any order under circumstances including but not limited to:

• Product unavailable or out of stock

• Pricing or technical errors

• Payment verification failure

• Incomplete or incorrect customer information

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Delivery location not serviceable

• Any unforeseen operational issues

If an order is cancelled by AK Mart after payment has been received, the entire amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellation refunds will generally be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
