Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

AK Mart reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of use.

  • Products purchased under clearance, special offers, or final sale (unless damaged or defective).

  • Personal care or hygiene products once opened, where applicable.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the error occurred on our part.

Replacement

Where applicable, AK Mart may provide a replacement instead of a refund if the same product is available.
